At Jan Live, the safety and welfare of our users remain our highest priority. We are committed to providing a secure and responsible live-streaming environment, governed by stringent child safety standards and robust community guidelines. This Policy outlines the rules, obligations, and enforcement mechanisms in place to protect against child-related exploitation or misuse of our services.

Jan Live does not permit access to or use of its platform by individuals under the age of 18.

We do not offer any services directed toward or intended for minors. The Platform is explicitly designed for adult users only, and any child-related content or conduct involving minors is strictly forbidden.

Jan Live enforces a zero-tolerance policy for any form of child exploitation, abuse, or endangerment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination, reporting to law enforcement authorities, and legal action:

• Inappropriate or suggestive interactions involving minors;
• Online grooming or attempts to establish contact with a child for sexual purposes;
• Imagery or content that sexualizes or depicts minors in exploitative ways;
• Sextortion involving minors, including threats to expose personal content;

We reserve the right to report any suspected child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or exploitation to appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or relevant law enforcement agencies.

All users must be at least 18 years of age to register, access, or interact with any service or feature offered on Jan Live. Misrepresentation of age, identity, or falsification of any registration details shall result in immediate account suspension or termination, without prior notice.

All users, particularly streamers, are obligated to ensure their content and behavior strictly comply with Jan Live's standards:

• Prohibited Content: Nudity, sexually explicit conduct, bullying, harassment, or content harmful to minors is forbidden.
• Live Moderation: Streamers are responsible for monitoring their live sessions and audience interactions to prevent any violations.
• Ongoing Compliance: All broadcasted or posted content must adhere to the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and this Child Safety Policy.

Jan Live provides mechanisms for users to report any suspicious, abusive, or harmful activity, particularly those involving children or violations of age restrictions.

• In-App Reporting Tools: Users can flag content or behavior directly through the Platform.
• Review and Action: Reported incidents will be investigated promptly by our moderation team. Verified violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent bans.

Streamers using the Jan Live Platform are bound by additional responsibilities, including:

• Ensuring that all content produced, hosted, or shared does not involve or depict minors;
• Managing audience engagement to prevent abuse or misconduct;
• Acting as responsible community members, upholding the safety, dignity, and rights of all users.

We apply a tiered enforcement approach to ensure strict compliance with our child safety rules:

• Content Removal: Inappropriate or non-compliant material will be removed without prior notice;
• Account Actions: Repeat or severe infractions may result in temporary suspensions or permanent bans;
• Legal Escalation: Incidents involving child endangerment, exploitation, or abuse will be escalated to law enforcement and appropriate child protection agencies, without exception.

Jan Live is committed to continuous improvement in user safety. We aim to:

• Educate users and streamers about online threats and responsible digital conduct;
• Partner with relevant child protection organizations and authorities;
• Periodically update policies to reflect evolving legal standards and best practices in online safety.

By creating an account or using Jan Live, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older, and you consent to abide by all applicable Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and this Child Safety Policy. Violation of these policies may result in immediate suspension and potential legal consequences.
