This license remains in effect until you delete your content or terminate your account.

Certain features of the Platform may be available only upon payment. Access to these services is conditional upon timely payment of applicable fees. Failure to pay will result in denial of access to the respective services.

3.1 In-App Digital Products

Users may purchase digital goods ("Coins," "VIP," "Gifts," "Avatar Frames" etc.) on the Platform for interactions with streamers. Jan Live may update, modify, or discontinue these products at its discretion. In such cases, users are not entitled to compensation, refund, or replacement.

3.2 Refunds

All digital product purchases are final and non-refundable. Users acknowledge and accept this condition upon making any purchase.

5.1 Termination by User

You may terminate your account at any time. Termination does not relieve you of obligations accrued prior to termination.
